How To Use Average Daily Balance Calculator

Enter the billing period — choose the start and end dates for your statement.
Add your opening balance — this is the amount at the start of the period.
Add transactions — click “+ Add” and enter the date and amount (positive = charge, negative = payment).
Click “Calculate” — the app will show the daily balances and compute the average daily balance.
Export or copy results — use “Export CSV” to download daily balances or “Copy summary” for quick sharing.
